Every repair bench is equipped with state-of-the-art test equipment & a wide range of power capabilities including full current 3 phase 480V power, ensuring that all repairs are carried out to OEM specifications.
Servo Motors
We use the Mitchell Electronics Test Equipment System which is specialized for Servo Motor repair & maintenance. It is specifically designed for diagnosing & repairing Servo Motors, also tests & aligns encoders & other feedback devices.
AC & DC Motors
All motors undergo an extensive evaluation prior to any work being performed. Worn or damaged parts & bearings are replaced during the rebuild process. We perform full in-house rewinding, dynamic balancing, dynamometer testing, plus we have full machine shop services.
Hydraulics & Pneumatics
Our Hydraulic Test Station allows us to Pressure Test up to 10,000 PSI, as well as flow testing & hydrostatic testing.
