How do I send in repairs?

We make sending in repairs easy! Just include a packing slip in the box with your repair. No RMA needed! You can also find our packing slip under Support Links - Forms & Doc's.

Do you have more than one shipping location?

We do! Our Corporate Repair Facility is located in Buford, Georgia just north of Atlanta and our West Coast Repair Facility is located in Euless, Texas near Dallas/Fort Worth. You can find complete details under Locations.

How long will it take to get my item repaired and back to me?

Our standard turnaround time is just 1-5 days. Evaluations are completed within 24 hours. We also offer a FREE 24-48 hour rush service for those critical times when you need your repair back faster!

To approve your repair, you can send us a purchase order or sign and return your sales order document approving the repair work to begin.

We accept check, ACH, cash as well as all major credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express. We can also process check by phone payments.

Global Electronic Services has customer located throughout the world and we are ready to receive and ship your packages. All units are packaged with the highest level of care to surpass OEM requirements. All boxes are packed to exceed all carrier standards. We can ship by the major carrier of your choice prepaid and added to your invoice or collect on your carriers account.

What is the warranty policy?

We have the best warranty in the industry! We offer an 18 month in-service warranty so your repairs are covered, even if you keep them for a backup until needed.
