Staffing Specialist / Recruiter

Global Electronic Services is looking for a Staffing Specialist/Recruiter with experience in our call center for customer service and sales recruiting. Must thrive in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Find candidates’ with strengths compared and requirements to match department needs, identify, select and recommend best candidates to department manager through detailed screening and skill assessment interviews
• Conduct phone interviews and in person interviews
• Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment
• Source through resume databases, referrals, and other networking sources
• Prepares and report to department managers on potential employee interviews
• Communicate effectively with others in order to maintain a productive environment
• Ensure that all recruiting is conducted within legal parameters

Requirements

• The skill and willingness to be on the phone extensively
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Excellent PC skills, must be familiar with Outlook, LinkedIn, Microsoft Office
• Familiar with common resume databases
• 3-5 years of staffing/recruiting experience
