Global Electronic Services is looking for motivated individuals to help build our Account Management sales team.  A strong candidate would possess some sales experience (inbound/outbound call center preferred), good speaking ability, a persuasive attitude, and a desire for personal and professional growth. Candidates also must adhere to Global Electronic Services call requirements and be able to handle constructive criticism of selling techniques.

Additional duties include but are not limited to:

Telesales Requirements:

  • Make 85-100 Outbound Calls per Day
  • Be aggressive
  • Use a set series of scripted call guidelines on every call

Sales Requirements:

  • Develop relationships with customers to maintain a continuous flow of work
  • Build a lead pipeline from referrals of existing accounts
  • Consistently secure new business for the region through prospecting
  • Work to build partnerships with Distributors to increase sales pipelines
  • Utilize your sales skills and the provided solutions toolbox to recover accounts or to increase profitability from existing active accounts
  • Upsell customers on repair services, as well as the purchase of new or refurbished equipment
  • Provide customers with Sales Quotations when necessary and follow up on those quotations to ensure they progress into orders
  • Contribute to a work environment that fosters pride in being part of a winning team and promote personal growth

Technical Requirements:

  • Create, Send, and follow up on RMA’s (Return Materials Authorization) to customers based on company standards, as well as customer specific requirements
  • Use a custom Sales CRM database to ensure that accounts are in good standing and being contacted on the required rotation for the allotted account type
  • Be proficient on the computer and able to type at least 30 WPM

Industry Specific Requirements:

  • Convey a sense of expertise in product knowledge and problem solving ability with challenging customers
  • Maintain up to date product knowledge and stay current on industry trends
  • Learn and apply the industry specific terminology
  • Provide warranty support when needed to your customer base including mild troubleshooting
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and the technical staff


Money motivated sales people will flourish with our company! The Account Manager position has a base hourly rateplus commission, plus bonus for hitting their monthly sales goal set by management.  In addition, we offer a bracket bonus for the top performer in their bracket.  There is also a weekly cash prize for the Account Manager with the most new customers for the previous week. There is no cap on commission!
